Hot Lunch
Hot lunch at NGE is a volunteer-powered program!
Our Hot Lunch program is a big part of our school community, and we are so grateful to the families who make it possible. Every hot lunch day depends on volunteers to help receive, organize, and distribute lunches to students.
A huge thank you to everyone who volunteers throughout the year — your time makes a difference!

Good things to know
​The Hot Lunch program is currently for Grades 1-6. We aim to open ordering to Kindergarten Classrooms for the third term!
Choose as few or as many hot lunch days as you’d like from the calendar—there’s no minimum number of days to order.
Not seeing a hot lunch option that you enjoy? That’s okay! We also offer a variety of side snacks that can be purchased on their own and do not need to be ordered with a meal.
Gluten-Friendly Disclaimer: Items listed as gluten-friendly are based on restaurant-provided information. The school and PAC cannot guarantee that these items are free from gluten or cross-contamination. Please order at your own discretion.
All orders must be paid in full on the closing date. If your cart has not been submitted and paid for, your order will not be processed.
​Absent but already ordered?
If your child is away on a Hot Lunch day, please email ngehotlunch@gmail.com before 9:00am on the morning of hot lunch. You are welcome to pick up their lunch after 11:30am. If pickup is not arranged, please consider it a donation for a child who does not have a lunch!
Refunds
There are no refunds because the hot lunch program is a PAC fundraiser. Your support helps with our school fundraising needs!

Volunteers Needed!
Hot Lunch is a volunteer-run program, and we need helping hands on hot lunch days.
Volunteers help with tasks such as:

Helping with clean-up
You don't need to be a hot lunch expert — we'll show you what to do!
